We find Dillan asleep in this position ALL the time. It doesn't look very comfortable to me, but he obviously doesn't seem to mind. Guess this where they got the name for the yoga pose :) Does anyone else find their kiddo sleeping in this strange position?

awwww, they love that pose. sienna is on her back all sprawled out. I love watching them sleep. Don't you?
yes but in air position is a favorite of ethan's as well
yep....head towards the crib side, butt in the air, legs curled in. he looks very comfy!
How funny! I only JUST got a picture of Hattie's toosh in the air, sleeping on her knees the other day, but she does it every time she sleeps! Too cute! :)
Someone just told me an old wives tale that if your baby sleeps with your butt in the air, he's ready for a sibling.

well i'm glad Dillan is not the only one who loves this strange sleep position! At first I kept trying to move him bc it just looked so uncomfortable and I didnt want him to hurt his little neck muscles, but then I realized he reverted back to it everytime!
Ann - one thing ive learned quickly from being a new parent - those darn 'old wives' dont know what the heck they're talking about :)
